Most Anticipated Horror Movies of 2015!

These are Horror Heavens most anticipated horror movies of 2015! In no particular order....

AMITYVILLE THE AWAKENING

RELEASE DATE: To be confirmed

Amityville: The Awakening, is arguably one of the most anticipated horror films of 2015. It has some very high expectations, and will be looking to redeem itself after the “absolute shocker” of a film in 2005, with “The Amityville Horror” being an enormous disappointment, according to critics. The Plot is said to be, again, based on the supposed true story of the ghostly disturbances in an urban house in Amityville, New York. With yet another remake/sequel, will this highly anticipated film live up to the hype, or will it just be another 2005 disappointment? We certainly hope not, but only time will tell, with the producer still to set a release date.

SINISTER 2

RELEASE DATE: August 21st

"Sinister 2", has some ridiculous hype behind it mainly because the previous film was in many peoples opinions one of the scariest films to date. The combination of exceptional horror elements in "Sinister" are what makes it a true classic. Such as the creepy music in each horrific tape that sends a chill down your spine and the pop ups that make you jump right out of your seat! Lets just hope this sequel can pull off what the last film did and more.

FRIDAY THE 13th

RELEASE DATE: November 13th

“Friday the 13th”, has already proven itself as one of the all time greats in horror history, and is looking to continue the legacy with yet another sequel, being released later this year in November. The Plot is simple. Jason Voorhees, Machete, Forest, Killing and no doubt some teenage girls and boys are getting absolutely terrified for a full one and a half hours. “Friday the 13th” is arguably one of the most anticipated horror films of 2015, and will be hoping to impress with the sword slashing, hockey masked zombie scaring the life out of audiences once again!

INSIDIOUS CHAPTER 3

RELEASE DATE: June 5th

"Insidious Chapter 3", has some very high expectations to be held due to "Insidious Chapter 2" being a big let down to many fans. The "Insidious" series unique idea of people being able to travel to "The Further" is what makes it special. With the help of some great filming and a good plot, "Insidious Chapter 3" should be able to pull of what the first film did well and revive this series from the dead.
